If such initiatives exist in less populated states, their impact will be felt.

Kudos to Lagos State Blood Transfusion Service.
[9/14, 8:01 PM] Dr. Folorunso Davis Teesleman: Thanks sir in fact we have one of our youth that has donated 50 times and our highest ranking donor has donated 100 times and will be 60 years I guess next year.
[9/14, 8:06 PM] fasakinkolawole: Wonderful! I appreciate you Dr. Folorunso. Your team have always been in the forefront of promoting 100% voluntary, non-remunerated, anonymous blood donation.
It’s my desire that other States adopt similar approach or to say the least, each tertiary health facility should have and promote this initiative.
You will be invited one of these days ma to narrate the journey to achieving WHO recommended 100%voluntary donations in Lagos State.
